Registration
Workshop registration or reservation is only possible through our online registration form. By registering, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this site. You may register individually or as a group for the morning or afternoon workshops. Studio Lily May reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of insufficient registrations. The minimum number of participants is 4 people.

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling Policy
Cancelling or rescheduling a workshop incurs additional work and costs, and it’s uncertain if the spot can be filled. If cancellations are made in time, a (partial) refund may be provided. To ensure a smooth organization of our workshops, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations or No-Show:

Cancellations up to 4 weeks (28 days) before the workshop:
If you cancel your workshop at least 4 weeks (28 days) before the scheduled date, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.

Cancellations between 4 weeks (28 days) and 2 weeks (14 days) before the workshop:
For cancellations within this period, a €25 fee per person will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellations within 2 weeks (14 days) before the workshop:
If you cancel within 2 weeks (14 days) before the workshop, you will receive 50% of the paid amount as a refund.

No-Show / Failure to Attend the Workshop:
In case of a no-show or same-day cancellation, no refund will be issued.

Transfer Your Spot:

You may transfer your workshop spot to a friend. Please notify us in advance.

Rescheduling:

Changing the workshop date may be possible. Contact us to discuss the options.

Safety
Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines in the studio. Participation in the workshop is at your own risk, though we will take all necessary steps to ensure a safe environment. As the workshop involves working with machines, flames, and tools, we advise against wearing loose-fitting clothing. Additionally, certain medications or alcohol may impair the safe use of machinery and are therefore discouraged (at the jeweler’s discretion).

Payment
All workshop bookings require full payment in advance to secure a spot. The booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed. Studio Lily May reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservations. By proceeding with the booking, the participant acknowledges and agrees to this payment requirement.

Prices

Please note that our prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in silver and gold market prices. Studio Lily May has the right to change the prices of the workshops.

Private events

The prices listed on our website apply only to standard workshops. Corporate events (such as company-outings) fall under our "private events" category and require a custom quote based on the specific requirements of your group.

Travel & location costs external venue
If you'd like us to host a workshop at your location, we charge a mileage fee based on travel distance. If we need to rent an external venue for the workshop, those rental costs will also be added to the total. Don’t worry—we’ll always let you know the full costs in advance when you make a booking.

Photography
By participating, you consent to the use of photos / videos taken during the workshop for promotional and commercial purposes by Studio Lily May (including website and social media), without any rights or claims arising from their use. If you don't agree with using your photo or videos, please let us know beforehand and we will cut / blur you out of the frame.

Participation
Observing without participating in workshops is not permitted. However, an exception is made for guardians of participants with disabilities. The minimum age for participants is 16 years.

Email
By booking our workshop you agree to receive promotional emails from us. If you don't want to receive these emails, please let us know and we will exclude you from the mailing.
