About us
Hi there!
I’m Marisha, the goldsmith and your host behind Atelier May, a cozy studio right in the heart of Amsterdam, just around the corner from Leidseplein and Overtoom. The name of my studio is inspired by my daughter: May, and she loves creating jewelry on the workbench as much as I do.
At Atelier May, my main focus is sharing my passion through “Goldsmith for a Day” workshops. You will learn the basics of goldsmithing and leave with a piece of jewelry you made yourself! I’ll guide you step by step.
During the goldsmith workshops we will only use durable materials: recycled silver, 14k solid gold, real gemstones and for the silver clay workshops we use colorful cubic zirconias.

Besides the jewelry making workshops I will soon open a webshop where I offer personalized jewelry, chunky rings, colorful signet rings, pendants with birthstones or even pet / paw prints.
